Well I’m truly sick of this wet weather, but we managed to clean up this school in Laois on its midterm break.

Algae had started to get a hold and make everything look dirty, the damp mild weather is perfect for algae to grow !
It’s realy important to treat it carefully and with the correct product
( I only took odd photos during the clean not afterwards 🤦🏼‍♂️)

We’ve just started work at this school to remove the algae growth from the render, using the highest-quality K Rend–approved biocide, Algoclear Pro.

Treating the growth early is essential to prevent it from becoming embedded in the render. The process must also be carried out carefully to avoid any damage to the substrate.

Unfortunately, I’ve seen too many horror attempts where power washers have been used incorrectly, stripping the wall coating and causing extensive, costly damage.

I’ll post the after photos next week once the project is complete 👍

Working with my son Conor … good job we had the gutter vacuum, isn’t it so much safer now these days with new machines and it does a better job than by 🖐️

With 3 powerful motors this machine offers the flexibility to work on high gutters from the safety of the ground.

Houses on average we charge only €80 to have gutters emptied & downspouts cleared and flushed out .
