Conor leads our business with a strong focus on client partnerships, operational excellence, and ensuring our services add measurable value at every stage of the resident lifecycle.
We asked Conor a few questions so you can get to know him better.
What’s the most exciting part of your role?
"The most exciting part of my role is that no day is ever the same. With looking after all departments, the variety of work and seeing the ex*****on of high service levels across all our departments will always keep me excited and, more importantly, rewarding!"
How do you see the market evolving?
"Coming from a real estate background, I can see the demand for resident services significantly increasing to retain and attract high-quality tenants. With rents currently at their current levels, it is essential that these offerings are in place for residents and, in some cases, included in the rent. This is where PRS comes in; we are focused on providing these solutions to both new and older BTR developments, but also adding this element of service to estate agents who deal with small or one-property landlords."
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
"I am big into fishing and boxing, and I enjoy spending time with my partner and friends. I hope in 2026 that I can add some new hobbies in!"
