We are delighted to celebrate Mirela, Food Court Supervisor at Westfield Stratford, as one of our recent Extra Mile Award winners 👏

Mirela was recognised for her outstanding dedication to supporting Carpenters and Dockland Centre, our homeless charity partner. The award was presented by our Head of Social Value and Senior Operations Manager at Westfield Stratford.

Mirela’s commitment is a great reflection of the social value we strive to deliver as an organisation, alongside our valued client Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) across Westfield London, Westfield Stratford, Whitgift and Centrale shopping centres.

Extra Mile Award – celebrating our people 🏆

We are delighted to recognise our latest Extra Mile Award winners, Melissa and Abi, for their outstanding contribution to Grosvenor Services.

Melissa, one of our Mental Health First Aiders, was nominated by colleagues she has supported over the past few months. Their feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the valuable support she provides to our team.

Abi was recognised for her exceptional efforts in coordinating the move of our Skegness office to new premises in Wainfleet. From working with builders and carpet layers to arranging blinds, desks and everything in between, Abi went above and beyond to make the move happen smoothly.

Thank you Melissa and Abi for your hard work, enthusiasm and commitment to going the extra mile. We are proud to have you on our team👏

As part of our commitment to Social Value, we are proud to support young people in our communities.

Our Bid Manager, Kirstie, recently volunteered at a Year 12 Interview Mentoring session at Heckmondwike Grammar School, helping students build confidence and prepare for future university and career interviews.

The day was a great success, with 100% of students surveyed rating the experience as excellent. The feedback from both students and staff was incredibly encouraging 👉 swipe to read some of their comments.

We are proud to support initiatives that help young people develop the confidence and skills they need for the future. Thank you to Kirstie for representing Grosvenor Services and making such a positive impact!

Team Grosvenor takes on the Big Battlefield Bike Ride in aid of Help For Heroes 🚴

Help for Heroes provides life-changing support to veterans and their families, helping them recover and rebuild after service. Our Group Managing Director, Head of Services UK and Chief Financial Officer cycled 250 miles over 4 days through Normandy in support of this vital charity - from Sainte-Mère-Église to Le Havre, retracing the Allied advance during Armed Forces Week and marking 20 years of Help for Heroes.

A huge thank you to our supplier sponsors ICE, Bunzl, Falcon, SEFM, Hako Machines, Acorn, MP Commercial Services and Veolia - and to everyone who has supported the team so far!
