Well used Hall floor before surface sanding , after surface sanding and after 3 coats of a very durable satin finish polyurethane. This is a very cost effective way to rejuvenate your wood floor. Professional floor sanding will be required in many situations as this system is limited in it's ability to remove heavy damage.
