Energize Fitness & Leisure City centre fully equipped gym with a leisure centre to recover and relax after your workout located in The Galmont Hotel & Spa.

Energize members can avail of free parking. The 4,500 square foot gym has extensive facilities that include Treadmills, Concept 2 Rows, Skierg, Airdyne Bike, Curved Self-Propelled Treadmill, Cross Trainers, Spin Bikes, Watt Bike, Battle Ropes, Plyometric Boxes Free Weights, Squat Racks with over 600kg of bumper plates, Smith Machine meeting the needs of all levels of experience. The pool area has an 18-metre swimming pool, a children’s pool, jacuzzi, sauna, loungers and an outdoor hot tub. FACILITIES
- Two spacious fitness studios with spinning, boxing, kettlebells, pilates facilities and HIIT room with protective flooring
- High Intensity pieces of equipment such as the Air Assault Bike, Concept Skierg and Assault Runner
- Bootcamp studio with battleropes, kettlebells, plyometric jump boxes and slam balls
- Exigo Squat Rack and Benches with 500kg of HIT Fitness Bumper Plates, barbells and dumbbells ranging up to 40kg
- State-of-the-art gymnasium including treadmills, cross-trainers, Precor fitness bikes, spinning bikes, Concept 2 rowing machines
- 3 Squat racks including Olympic bars and 800+ kilos of weights
