Silver polished concrete Newmarket Yards | Apartments in Dublin , Dublin 8 ✨

Silver finish right through the building, from the lobby to the café to the stairs. Brings out the aggregate nicely and keeps the look consistent throughout. Hard wearing, easy to maintain and built for a busy building.

A finish built to last and look good doing it. Get in touch if you’ve a project in mind.

A look at one of our current jobs, a 1000 square metre polished concrete floor in Swords for Duggan Brothers . The second section is now finished and sealed, and the silver finish is looking fantastic.

For the silver finish we ground down roughly 3mm to bring out the aggregate, then polished up to 200 grit diamond pads before sealing. It gives a soft satin sheen with the stones showing right through the floor, and the aluminium filled expansion joints sit flush and clean throughout.

Congratulations to our floor team for smashing it. Excited to get going on the third section in a few weeks.

Terrazzo floor wrapped up. The whole downstairs completed in one continuous finish. The client chose black glass and Carrara White Marble aggregate (or as they call it, the Dalmatian floor). Get in touch if you are thinking Terrazzo for your next project.

Three years running at Grade A. Our latest Safe-T-Cert audit confirmed top marks across documentation and site standards, and IOSH called it out as one of the best they’ve seen. Proud of the team for making safety part of how we work, not just a box to tick.

Gold polished concrete floor with a sea view that’s hard to beat. This one really came together, the gold finish, the lighting and that view over Killiney Hill make it something special. Delighted with how it turned out, working alongside CCPM 🏗🏘🏠 as main contractor.
