Our driver is always ready to pick up and deliver your laundry with care, from our store in Ubud straight to your doorstep.

🕗 Pick-up operating hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

To help us maintain a smooth and well-organized schedule, we kindly encourage all guests to book their pick-up at least 1 day in advance (H-1).

Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, as sudden requests may affect the delivery routes and schedule already arranged for the day.

By booking ahead, you help us serve you better, on time, efficiently, and with the care your clothes deserve.

We don’t just dry your clothes, we dry them the right way 🌿😍

Our dryers come with 4 drying options to match the needs of every fabric:
No Heat · Low Temp · Med Temp · High Temp

Our standard setting is High Temperature with an average drying time of 40 minutes, ensuring your laundry is ready on time and perfectly dry.

However, if you have delicate fabrics, items that are easily worn, or clothes you’re worried might shrink, we highly recommend choosing the Low Temperature option.

👉 Please let our team know your preference when dropping off your laundry, so we can apply the proper drying method for your garments.
