Toyota Land Cruiser
Hirtelen jött ügyfél, hirtelen jött megoldás. A kapuba megjelent egy kedves férfi, elég kétségbeesett arcai, hogy tudok-e segíteni. Amikor megláttam a képet, hogy miről lenne szó, őszintén levert a víz.
De mondtam neki, hogy hozza az autót és megpróbálok megtenni mindent, hogy segítsek. Jelen esetben a szigetelőanyag oldószere nem jöhetett szóba, hiszen az egy agresszív anyag, ami a lakkot és a fényezést is károsította volna. Véletlen baleset következménye volt , hogy az autóra került az anyag, de 90%-ban sikerült eltávolítani.
Ha az autó rendelkezett volna FEYNLAB kerámia bevonattal, az megvédte volna a teljes felületet és az eltávolítás is könnyebb lett volna. Az eltávolítás részletei maradjon ipari titok, de nem volt egyszerű. Az idő rövidsége miatt, pedig nagy kihívás volt.

A sudden customer, a sudden solution. A kind man appeared at the gate, looking quite desperate, asking if I could help. When I saw the photo of what the problem was, I was honestly taken aback.
But I told him to bring the car in and that I would do everything I could to help. In this case, using a solvent to remove the insulation material was out of the question, as it is an aggressive substance that would have damaged both the paint and the clear coat. The substance ended up on the car as a result of an accidental spill, but we managed to remove 90% of it.
If the car had had a FEYNLAB ceramic coating, it would have protected the entire surface and removal would have been easier. The details of the removal process will remain a trade secret, but it was not simple. Given the tight deadline, it was a major challenge.

Ein unerwarteter Kunde, eine unerwartete Lösung. Ein freundlicher Mann tauchte am Tor auf, mit einem ziemlich verzweifelten Gesichtsausdruck, und fragte, ob ich ihm helfen könne. Als ich das Foto sah, um was es ging, war ich ehrlich gesagt ziemlich entmutigt.
Aber ich sagte ihm, er solle das Auto vorbeibringen, und ich würde mein Bestes tun, um ihm zu helfen. In diesem Fall kam der Lösungsmittel für das Isoliermaterial nicht in Frage, da es sich um eine aggressive Substanz handelt, die sowohl den Lack als auch die Politur beschädigt hätte. Es war ein zufälliger Unfall, durch den die Substanz auf das Auto gelangt war, aber zu 90 % konnte sie entfernt werden.
Hätte das Auto über eine FEYNLAB-Keramikbeschichtung verfügt, hätte diese die gesamte Oberfläche geschützt und die Entfernung wäre einfacher gewesen. Die Details der Entfernung bleiben ein Betriebsgeheimnis, aber es war nicht einfach. Angesichts der knappen Zeit war es eine große Herausforderung.
