近日，本公司發現有不明人士於網站及Facebook等社交媒體平台，假冒「MasterClean」名義，以極低價格作宣傳，誘使客戶將訂金存入私人銀行帳戶。就此嚴重侵權及涉嫌詐騙行為，本公司特此發出嚴正聲明，以正視聽，並提醒廣大客戶提高警覺，避免受騙。
【重要提醒】
唯一官方付款帳戶
本公司 絕不會 要求客戶將任何款項（包括訂金、服務費等）存入任何私人銀行戶口。
所有正式交易款項必須支付至本公司名下之公司銀行帳戶，
戶口名稱為： "MasterClean Hygiene Solution Ltd" 或 "海富清潔滅蟲服務有限公司"

本公司一向注重服務質量，絕不會以遠低於市場合理水平的「極低價」作招徠，並要求預付大額訂金。

5、如遇任何可疑情況，或已不幸受騙，請保留證據（如通訊記錄、銀行轉帳記錄、網站截圖等），並立即向香港警務處反詐騙協調中心（ADCC）報告（24小時熱線：18222）。

In light of these serious infringements and suspected fraudulent activities, the Company hereby issues this formal statement to clarify the situation and urge our valued customers to stay vigilant to avoid being deceived.

3、Always request and verify the quotation document bearing our official company seal.
4、If you have any doubts about anyone claiming to be from MasterClean or any promotional material, please verify immediately through the authorized sales contacts above or our official channels.
5、If you encounter any suspicious activity or have unfortunately been defrauded, please preserve all evidence (e.g., communication records, bank transfer records, website screenshots) and report it immediately to the Hong Kong Police Force's Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (ADCC) (24-hour hotline: 18222).
