【快報⚠️】黑色暴雨警告現已發出，上門儲存服務作出改動
天文台已於下午12時55分發出黑色暴雨警告訊號，我們的服務因受惡劣天氣影響，現作出以下改動：
🚚運輸團隊：所有上門派送及收取服務暫停
🧑💻銷售及客戶服務團隊：維持正常服務 (上午9時至下午6時)，我們會盡快聯絡所有受影響的客戶，再次預約上門運送日期及時間。
🏢自助迷你倉 (西環分店)：24小時正常開放，可拍卡自助進出迷你倉。

[Attention⚠️] Black Rainstorm Warning Now in Effect – Door-to-Door Storage Services Adjusted
The Hong Kong Observatory has issued a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal at 12:55p.m. Due to the severe weather conditions, the following changes to our services are now in effect:
🚚 Transport Service:
All door-to-door delivery and pickup services are temporarily suspended.
🧑💻 Sales & Customer Service:
Normal service hours will be maintained (9:00 am – 6:00 pm).
We will contact all affected customers as soon as possible to reschedule delivery or pickup appointments.
🏢 Self-Storage – Sai Wan Branch:
Open 24 hours as usual. Customers can access the self-storage using the smart card system.
