We chanced on this video somewhere and it is quite sad..
Government, Concerned Citizens, Assemblies Voluntary Groups etc continue to educate us on this bad attitude of ours and the repercussions.. Yet many of us seem not to care.. This is very unfortunate and we pray the lady is brought to book

The man In the Africa wear was just passing by when he saw the team at , he acknowledged their efforts and decided to help.. Surprisingly, he stayed until 2pm when work was done for the day..
