Never put your delicate clothes into a wash bowl before adding water/detergent

The force of the water hitting the fabric and the direct contact of the detergent can cause stress and lead to damage of clothes

Instead, fill basin with water and as it fills add recommended dose of fabric detergent & allow to dissolve completely before you gently immerse your precious clothes
