How many Successful Businessmen are President of their countries? You think building a Business for profit is the same as governing a country?? Masa, stop deceiving the Youth. Who told you bringing sea to Kumasi will reduce hardships on an ordinary Ghanaian living in Kumasi? Beside, in Dubai you used to site example, the land belongs to the state and not families and individuals like Ghana. Who will allow you to waste his land for farming or building? Masa, Ghanaians are not kids. I am living in Europe and the lands here are also not for individuals or families easy. The state or government have 80% to 90% control of the lands here. You cannot use the land for individual purposes. You cannot even cut a tree infront of your house anyhow. There are people who does that and you need approval from city authorities. Not even Verbal approval but very written and official approval.
