Your work environment speaks a lot about what you stand for and the kind of people you have working for you. It is a very critical factor in defining your reputation as an organisation.
As an organisation, your ambience has to do with the general atmosphere within and outside your organisation including your compound, entrance, internal aesthetics such as paintings, portraits, files, cabinets, seats work stations and other infrastructure as well as the smell even within your organisation.
A dirty work ambience portrays an organisation and its employees as not properly organised.
Customers who don't feel comfortable with your environment won't visit the next time. Employees who are not comfortable with a messy environment might leave.
