MONITORING
There will be supervisors to ensure that the cleaning is done to your satisfaction and as per SmartBridge Facilities Management and Support Services standards. There will be a team leader who reports to the supervisor, who will in turn report to the facilities managers and any complaint can be escalated to the operations manager where appropriate. The facilities managers or supervisors will be conducting unannounced inspection regularly to double check that the job is being done properly. The supervisors/team leaders carry the check list for all areas that should be cleaning. This is to ensure efficient monitoring and effective cleaning. Where there are standby janitors the check list will be provided at the back of the doors of the washrooms. Overall, we have still been the driving force and the smartest choice for all.
