Hi, Im Vicki, the founder of Nana & Ninky Pet Care. I set up our small business to share my love of animals by providing an in home care service which allows your pets to feel safe and secure whilst in their own homes whilst being well and truly spoilt with love and cuddles.

And just like that… we’re off to Vietnam! 🥳🌴
The bags are packed, passports are ready and we’ve made it to the airport! ✈️😂
We’re taking a few weeks away to switch off, explore, eat ALL the food 🍜 and have a proper adventure.
While Nana & Ninky are away, Paige will be holding the fort and looking after our lovely clients back home. 🧹💚
We know everything is in very safe hands with her, and we’re incredibly grateful that she’s stepping up and keeping the Nana & Ninky wheels turning while we’re away. ❤️
We’re going to miss everyone, but we’re also very excited to have some time away and make some memories. 🌴☀️🇻🇳
So keep an eye on the page because there will probably be plenty of Vietnam adventures, food photos and questionable holiday content appearing over the next few weeks! 😂🍜

A little appreciation post for Paige. 💚

The last two weeks have been full on, but we've tackled everything together. Some long days, plenty of laughs, and we've just got on with whatever needed doing.
Paige, thank you for working so incredibly hard. Your work ethic, positivity and willingness to get stuck in never go unnoticed. It's been a pleasure working side by side with you, and I'm so grateful to have you as part of Nana & Ninky.

They say teamwork makes the dream work, and over the last two weeks we've definitely proved that. Here's to many more busy days, plenty of laughs and keeping our amazing clients happy. 💚🧹🚐

🍑 A little hobby I never expected to love! 🍑
One of my lovely clients kindly gave me a huge basket of golden plums from her tree that would otherwise have gone to waste.
I've never made jam before, but after a lot of stirring, a few nervous moments, and one jam jar deciding to lose its bottom 🤣, I've ended up with my very first batch of Nana & Ninky Golden Plum Jam!
I'm absolutely hooked.
If anyone local has fruit trees that produce more than they can use, whether it's plums, apples, pears or other fruit, I'd be delighted to give any spare fruit a good home rather than seeing it go to waste.
This is just a hobby that I'm really enjoying, and it's such a lovely feeling turning someone's surplus fruit into something delicious. 🍓🍏🍐🍑

Today we have our 2 new Nana & Ninky family members Cody and Gem. We stepped in for an emergency pet sit after poor Cody had an emergency operation and his owners had a family wedding to get too. Both Cody and Gem have been amazing and Cody even had his medication without any fuss (with a bit of bribery from his dog biscuits) How beautiful are they both 🐕 🐾 🐈
