Good Friday/ Easter Monday

Wrexham council have done it again!

We have just been looking over the bin empty days for Easter time, and everyone's collections are all over the place.

We will do our best to get around everyone.

Unfortunately, I'm just one person so can't be in multiple areas at once. I will try my best to get around everyone though. Not ideal but nothing I can do.

If we do miss due to the change in days we will issue a refund.

Looking forward to getting back to normal but some things can't be helped.

Over the years, we have unfortunately had multiple situations where our services were requested, completed, and then not paid for. In some cases, those same customers have reached out months later asking us to return. When these unpaid services are added up over time, they result in significant losses for us.

As a small business, this directly affects our ability to operate. We have bills to pay, expenses to cover, and family to support—just like everyone else. We also offer multiple convenient payment options, so there is no reason for payment to be avoided when services are requested.

Going forward, we will no longer be able to take on customers who have previously failed to pay for services.
