Just a heads up

In 4 weeks time, we'll be off, for 1 week for a family holiday.

We will be off from Monday 21st September and we will be back to work from Monday 28th September.

All direct debit customers who would have been due this week will have thier subscriptions paused for 1 cycle so you are not charged for the missed clean.

We appreciate all the support we've had over this summer from everyone. I will put a reminder out closer to the time but thought I'd give plenty of notice.

Apologies, we haven't posted on here for a while.

I would just like to say, I can't thank you all enough for your continued support and recommendations.

This year we've had a record number of sign ups, through your recommendations and family members.
It's usually manageable, but with this heat we've been having. Its been quite hard to keep up with the amount of messages and phone calls with WhatsApp, Facebook messager, emails etc.

I'm doing my best, but messages can be delayed.

GREAT NEWS 🥳

It's been a long week, but we've finally sorted the new van. Tow bar has been fitted.

We will be back around from tomorrow.

I can't thank you all enough, for being patient and understanding of the situation.

We really do have the best customers and I appreciate you all 😀

*Customer notice*

Unfortunately, our van has broken down while we were working on Tuesday.
We've taken it to a garage to have it looked at, and Unfortunately it's going to cost to much to repair.

We are hoping to have a new van by the end of the day, (today) but we need to get a tow bar fitted to it before we can start work.
With it being a bank holiday we are not going to be able to sort this issue out until Tuesday/ Wednesday next week.

I'm really sorry to let people down, but some things are out of our control. We will work as quickly as possible to be back to normal.

We have paused the direct debit customers that will be affected by this issue. If you are charged for any missed cleans, please let us know so we can sort out any payments as soon as possible.

Good Friday/ Easter Monday

Wrexham council have done it again!

We have just been looking over the bin empty days for Easter time, and everyone's collections are all over the place.

We will do our best to get around everyone.

Unfortunately, I'm just one person so can't be in multiple areas at once. I will try my best to get around everyone though. Not ideal but nothing I can do.

If we do miss due to the change in days we will issue a refund.

Looking forward to getting back to normal but some things can't be helped.
