Abbey Student Let Chester

We had another challenging job in chester the the other month in a shared house for Abbey Student rentals . The stairs carpet and living room and a bedroom had taken a particular hammering the previous tenants obviously didn’t give a dam. At first look the carpets looked like a replacement Job! With some persistence and award winning chemicals we finally started getting some decent results!

In the end we averted a costly replacement and this first Job for company led to a lot more work we are pleased to say! Yay!

Chester Nurse Accommodation Job

This week and last we had a great job for Bed Student lets Chester! A 25 room nurse accommodation in the centre of Chester. A great big bruiser of period Propery with numerous corridors, stairs and communal areas. The ground floor and numerous stairs had serious high traffic areas that needed a lot TLC, Knowhow and elbow grease.

A great result and a happy ending for tte land lord! Saving her a fortune!

Finally spring was in the air this week yay! One of our calls took us to Chester to riverside property a spit away from the city centre with amazing views over the Dee.

We had a really good quality wool carpet to contend with that needed some attention. I had a lovely companion in the-guise of Max the spaniel who did however keep walking and sitting on the bits I had done 😂

Earlier in the week we had a leather cleaning job.

Two grey sofas at first they didn’t look overly dirty. But it’s amazing what came out after some Tlc and elbow grease and know how.
