We are a very busy family run Dry cleaners that focus on excellent customer service and high quality cleaning & ironing

We are currently looking for 4 part time, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be ironing preparing loads,laundry , serving customers etc

REQUIREMENTS :

Pressing/Ironing experience preferable.

Laundry experience (preferable, though training will be provided)

Excellent customer service skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Ability to work in a busy and fast moving environment

Ability to work to deadlines

Excellent team player

Friendly, focused, punctual and good mannered individual

Ability to work under pressure.

This position is available immediately and interested applicants should forward their CV or details to us by email.

There are various shifts available listed below:

Shift A Monday 8am till 1pm and Tuesday 8am till 2pm (occasional saturday's might be required)

Shift B Wednesday 8am till 1pm and Saturday 8am till 2pm

Shift C Thursday and Friday 8am till 1pm (occasional saturday's might be required)

Shift D Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 1pm till 5pm. (occasional saturday's might be required)

Successful candidates will have good customer service skills and have have an eye for detail. An excellent command of English is also a must.

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Part-time hours: 12 to 16 per week

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced house cleaner in Worthing to run regular cleans at our Air bnb properties. You will need to be available throughout the week and weekends. As the units becomes busier this may turn into a regular (every 3 day turnovers) or more, so its a great opportunity to be joining our growing business

We're looking for a detailed person that will run full turnovers of the property including:
• Washing all bed linen and airing them and making all beds to a top level
• Fully clean the house to a very high standard ready for our next guests
• Restock/replenish all consumables including toilet tissue, shower gel and hand soaps
• Ensure the garden are is presentable and ready for the next guests
• Ensure the kitchen is fully presentable and hyper clean, empyting the fridges etc
• Ensure Tea, coffees and milk is always topped up and ready for the guests.
• Report any breakages to the office

Must Haves:
• Great attention to detail and someone who relishes in a clean space
• We need you to have a working smartphone with WhatsApp and we will need you to download our time/attendance shift App so we can pay you against this.
• Be a smart presentable person that can be available Monday - Sunday 9am - 2pm
• Be a person that is super friendly

This has potential to turn into a full time job and so it will be a great for a person with similar Air BNB change over/cleaning experience or someone that has worked as a house keeper or hotel maid that is happy to work on regular change overs Monday - Sunday.

Our clients are working professionals and expect a high level of cleaning to be done so we need the chosen person to be top of their game, reliable, responsive and ready and willing to work.

We're still open and helping people with their laundry and ironing. If you're a please let us know as you'll get a ***25% discount*** on any or service.

We charge £9 per wash load (***just £6.75 for key workers***), it will be returned to you dried and neatly folded. Or tell us which items need ironing and we can do that too. Our ironing service is charged based on weight.

We collect and deliver for free - if you're not home simply tell a safe place to collect and drop off your laundry. It's one less thing for you to worry about!

Oh, and if you need bread🍞, milk🥛 or any other essential - let us know. If we can pick it up for you, we will be happy to help.

Following Last nights announcement it seems IRONING R US DRY CLEANING is an essential business and will continue to OPEN as usual. We are all trying our best to reduce the risk to staff and customers, if you are self isolating or vulnerable about entering the store please feel free to ring ahead and arrange a collection for your laundry and leave it outside your house for the driver to collect, also our DUVET SERVICE LAUNDERETTE will remain open however we are limiting the amount of people to 3 people inside the launderette at any one time we have placed yellow marking lines to help with social distancing and please use the sanitizer surface sprays provided to wipe machines before and after use many thanks for more info about our services please visit our website www.ironingrus.co.uk
