📢 Booking Update for One-Off & Deep Cleans

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, we will now require a £50 deposit to secure all one-off and deep clean bookings.

This helps us protect allocated time, staffing and ensure we can continue to provide a reliable service to all of our clients.

The deposit will, of course, be deducted from the final cost of your clean.

• Consistently punctual

• Comfortable working in higher-end domestic properties
• Professional in both presentation and attitude

You do not need to drive, however you must be able to arrive independently and on time to either our starting address (office) or the first property of the day at 9am sharp.

Previous domestic cleaning experience is essential. References will be required.
This is a position for someone seeking stability and who takes pride in doing the job properly — not just getting through it.

So when we say our prices have gone up, don’t side-eye us. Don’t “umm” and “ahh”.

Just remember:

I just want to say something that doesn’t get said enough.

We are not “just cleaners.”

We are the people who walk into chaos and leave it spotless. We’re the ones scrubbing, lifting, bending, disinfecting, organising, and paying attention to every tiny detail that other people don’t even notice — until it’s not done.

Cleaning is not easy.

It’s physical. It’s exhausting. It’s time-consuming. It’s hard on the body. It takes skill, efficiency, patience, and consistency. You need stamina. You need standards. You need trustworthiness. You’re in people’s homes, their businesses, their personal spaces. That’s responsibility.

Yet somehow, we’re still not respected enough for the work we do.

Clients cancel last minute.
They ignore messages.
They waste our time.
They try to negotiate prices down “just because it’s cleaning.”
They act like what we do is simple.

But here’s the truth:

If it was easy, everyone would do it.
If it wasn’t important, they wouldn’t call us.
If it didn’t matter, they wouldn’t complain when it’s not done properly.

We don’t just “wipe things down.”
We maintain hygiene.
We prevent germs from spreading.
We create healthy environments.
We make homes feel peaceful.
We make workplaces professional.

We do real, honest, hard work.

And when someone cancels on us last minute, that’s not “just a cancellation.” That’s lost income. That’s time we can’t get back. That’s petrol, products, planning — all wasted. We are running businesses, not hobbies.

We deserve:
• Respect
• Clear communication
• Fair pay
• Appreciation for our skill

We are professionals.

And we should never feel embarrassed to charge what we’re worth.

From April, Angels Cleaning Services operates on property-based pricing rather than hourly rates. This means each clean is priced per visit based on the requirements of the property, rather than a fixed number of hours.

We offer regular weekly, fortnightly and monthly domestic cleaning, as well as initial and deep cleans (starting from £300).

We’re a small, established domestic cleaning company based in Worthing and are looking for a reliable self-employed cleaning contractor to assist with domestic cleaning work in private homes.

The work
• Domestic cleaning in private homes
• Working alongside our existing team
