I’ve really had to spoil my manners with a client today which I never want to do!! N it really takes a lot to spoil my manners! Weeks I’ve been trying to arrange for either the 2nd team or Vickie to go first was I can’t do this or that fine no problem we have this slot that’s the next available slot ! I don’t want two cleaners I only want 1 well that’s not how it works all the time,ok I’ll have 2 , can they come from 1-3 no the slot is the 2nd slot so around 11 am ! Can they come at 4.30 I forgot it was bank holiday . No they can’t do you not think they want to get done and spend time with their families? They get there not long after 11 n she’s gone out . No thought no consideration what soever!! …. If you have my ladies please respect and consider them especially on a bank holiday !! They’ve no need really to be busting a gut to accomodate pig ignorant people. We are a small business 3 ladies out of all of us chose to give up their time to provide a service!! The people who team one go to go above and beyond for us!! We are so lucky ! This client got asked not to contact us again I don’t have the time to be messed around and neither do my team .

So I’m often asked what would be my answer of what’s a decent cleaner look for?! … a decent cleaner is meticulous , uses water and appropriate products is willing to scrub to within an inch of their life is able to tackle dirt grime grease body fat and oils toilet grime , should be able to notice things what need doing ! Scouting from the ceiling down, many many cleaners clean at chest level and do not notice higher or lower levels , having an avid eye for detail will set you aside from others!! Anyone can class themselves as a cleaner but there’s cleaning and cleaning , the extra touches the going the extra mile will always get you regular loyal clients. And if I had a pound for everytime I get asked what I use to clean windows I’d be rich but I’m not giving away my secret product list 🤣🤣🧽🧼🏡❤️ put the effort in go the extra mile and you’ll always be rewarded ❤️❤️❤️🧼

We are still on a waiting list for team one!! So sorry to those I can not accomodate at present time. 😞 please bare in mind if you have my team to clean we are now that busy if you arnt in we can’t come back if there’s no key left same again we are back to back every day!! Please also think of everyone else I have to accomodate I can’t always swap and change to what ever day you want I will always try my best for all of you but unfortunately I cannot split myself into 4 if I could I’d be a millionaire .
