Two weeks ago someone drove into my parked van while I was cleaning the back of a property. Unfortunately they drove off causing quite a lot of damage. I was gutted, anyone who knows me, knows I pride myself in my work and take care of my van. Anyway …. Long story cut short it’s been repaired this week but has kept me from working for 3 days. If you are waiting for your clean please could you be patient with me while I catch up. Happy Weekend All !

Hi everyone, unfortunately I’ve had Covid, I’ve come to the end of my isolation but have gone downhill since. I was hoping to be back at work on Monday but I’m going to need more time to get over it and plan to return in another week. This is going to have a knock on effect on scheduled cleans and your clean will be delayed. Please contact me if your clean is urgent and I’ll get you in as soon as I’m fit to do so, however if you are able to wait I would be so grateful and I will contact you as soon as I can. Further update ...
There has been so much confusion as to whether Window Cleaners fit in the essential travel group. I have had it confirmed now that it is. I am going to be contacting people from this evening to restart cleaning. I will not be making contact with any customers and ask that payment be either left somewhere to collect or Bacs payment with a photo invoice. I will be wearing gloves and have antibacterial cleaning products if necessary at all times. If you would prefer to leave your service on hold while we are in the midst of this pandemic I completely understand and very happy for this to happen. However for those that wish I will be happy to keep up your service and hopefully we will have sun shining through sparkly windows once again !
