As Home Reset Specialists, we understand that we're not the cheapest cleaning company in Worcester – and that's okay.
I didn't just wake up one morning and decide to start a cleaning business.
For the past 15 years, I've built this business from the ground up. Along the way I've learned from mistakes, gained valuable experience, mastered the art of quoting correctly, balancing workloads, and choosing the right products for every job.
More importantly, I've learned how to transform a house into a home that feels calm, organised and welcoming – a place you can truly relax in after a long day.
Our prices start from £22 per hour, and our standards reflect that. We take enormous pride in our work, and our reviews speak for themselves.
So, are we the cheapest? No.
Are we highly skilled, experienced, reliable and passionate about what we do? Absolutely.

A polite little request to all our lovely customers 💛

It’s hot, hot, hot at the moment and while we absolutely love the sunshine, physically working in the heat all day can be really hard work and quite draining.

If possible, we’d really appreciate homes being kept as cool as you can before we arrive — opening windows, closing blinds where needed, or having a fan on if you have one available.

It really does make such a difference to us while we work and helps us keep giving your homes the best clean possible ✨

Behind Gleam & Pristine is a small team who genuinely love creating calm, cosy homes for our clients 🤍

Laura and Matt are husband and wife and together have over 15 years experience running the business. With 4 children, dogs, cats and a busy family life themselves, they truly understand how quickly life can become hectic and overwhelming. Their passion is helping bring homes back to a peaceful, relaxing space where people can properly switch off and breathe again.

Outside of work they love nature, travelling and living a slower hygge lifestyle — something they naturally bring into the way they care for every home ✨

Hayley is a long-time friend of Laura and an incredibly valued part of the team. With 5 children, pets and experience helping with a local charity café, she knows exactly how a busy home functions and the importance of keeping things running smoothly. Hayley brings warmth, reliability and a wonderful eye for detail to every clean.

Together, all of our different strengths combine to create a strong, trusted and caring team. We take huge pride in what we do and feel incredibly grateful to be welcomed into our clients’ homes every day 🤍

There’s something so calming about a fresh, sparkling bathroom. Gleaming glass, polished chrome, fresh fluffy textures and that clean spa-like feeling the moment you walk through the door.

This one was all about the details — shining tiles, streak-free glass, refreshed surfaces and bringing back that calm, luxurious feel to the space. A bathroom should feel like a little retreat at the end of a long day… warm lighting, soft scents and total peace 🕯️

There’s something so calming about walking into a home that feels truly reset. Soft lighting, fresh air flowing through open spaces, warm wood tones, plumped cushions, sparkling surfaces and that quiet feeling of everything being back in its place 🤍

Today’s clean was all about creating that cosy, lived-in hygge feeling — not just a clean home, but a home that feels peaceful, warm and cared for. The kind of space where you can finally sit down with a coffee, light a candle and properly exhale.

We absolutely love homes like this… full of warmth, character and comfort. From the beautiful brick fireplace to the fresh kitchen shine and those gorgeous open garden views, every little detail was lovingly cared for today ✨

Hi everyone 💛

We just wanted to pop on and have a little chat about summer holidays, family time and balancing work around the children over the summer break.

Hayley and I absolutely love what we do and truly appreciate every single one of our lovely clients. As many parents know, the summer holidays are long and childcare can sometimes be a little tricky, so there may be some slight disruption to our normal routines over the holidays.

Please don’t worry — everybody will still be fitted in, we may just need to do slightly longer days here and there to make it all work smoothly.

If you do have any holidays booked or any dates where you won’t need us, we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible so we can plan the diary around everyone.
