Ellaway Brothers is a local family run company which originated in the 1970’s by brothers Bert & Frank Ellaway. The business is now run by Frank's daughter,Glynis Postans and her daughter, Gemma Postans. We are licensed to pump out septic tanks, cesspools and sewage treatment plants. All waste is discharged, by licence, to Severn Trent Water Works. We have over 40 years of experience with septic s

ystems and will try to help with any problems you may have. We cover the Worcestershire area going as far as Kidderminster, Tenbury Wells, Suckley, Malvern, Upton, Evesham, Inkberrow, Redditch and Bromsgrove. We have two 2000 gallon capacity, 18 tonne loaded tankers. They are both available between 7.30am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. Emergency call outs are available on some weekends.

We're finally catching up on our work now, empties and jetting available with a weeks' notice. We are in the process of contacting all of our April contracts.

We now have a shiny new tanker. With the sun also being out and Severn Trent staying open, we are slowly catching up on our work. 2 weeks notice needed for bookings at the moment.

We would like to thank all of our customers for your patience over the past couple of months. We're still a month behind on work but will hopefully start catching up with some dry days and a new tanker on the horizon.

Our prices will increase on the 1st April this year, due to Severn Trent increasing their discharging fees to us. These have gone up a lot more than normal for the second year running, therefore unfortunately our new prices will have to account for this.

Don't forget that if you have your tank emptied once a year or more, you get a discount being on a diary contract with us. Please speak to your driver or the office about this.

We're still running behind on jobs unfortunately. 3 weeks notice needed for bookings.

Severn Trent are closing their works everytime it rains, which stops us from discharging any waste. We're also waiting for a new tanker to be built, which should have been completed in June last year.

These issues are out of our control and we can only apologise. We're hoping to catch up next month.

We would like to apologise for the issues we are having with our work at the moment. Severn Trent are closing their discharging works everytime it rains, meaning we can not do any work that day. This is putting us further and further behind.

If you have a septic tank, please feel free to complain to them directly, as they are not stopping anyone on the mains from having their waste taken. Small companies like us will go out of business if this carries on.
