Hi all!

Unfortunately I will be stopping charging by the hour.. it’s becoming too demanding that we are obliged to stay at a clean until the time is up. even when sometimes the clean takes longer than usual, I will be doing a fixed rate to all clients. 🙂

So if your weekly/fortnightly clean is 4 hours, you will still pay for 4 hours even if it takes 5 or 3!

Hi all.
Due to the amount of cancellations I have had over the past few weeks, I am forced to charge a £15 cancellation fee if notice is not given at least 48 hours before your cleaning slot.
I really don’t want to have to do this, but I’ve been left with no choice 😞
