Are you a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual with a passion for cleaning? Do you have previous experience working in hotels or serviced apartments, or in office cleaning? We're looking for people like you to join our small but rapidly growing family run business in the West Midlands!
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from serviced apartments to offices, and travel to different sites across the West Midlands.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Clean and maintain high-quality standards in serviced apartments, offices, and other commercial properties
* Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
* Maintain attention to detail and ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned
* Change beds, including making them and replacing bed linen as required
* Replenish stock of cleaning supplies and amenities in client properties
* Report any damage or maintenance issues to the team leader or management
* Complete accurate and thorough documentation of work completed and any issues encountered
**Essential Requirements:**
* Previous experience in hotel or serviced apartment cleaning, or office cleaning
* Reliable and trustworthy vehicle (car or van) for transportation to client sites
* Valid driver's license and necessary insurance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings and afternoons
**Desirable Qualifications and Experience:**
* Good attention to detail and ability to work methodically
* Ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies as required
