I have been in the plumbing business for over 25 years – starting as a qualified plumber, before moving into a Sales Manager role within the trade. In 2010 I decided to set up my own Drain Jetting business. I operate a portable, yet powerful Drain Jetting unit to remove blockages, scale and build up from drains & pipework. Excellent Advice on drain issue:

Will is so honest and helpful. I telephoned to explain my problem and he said it wasn't my drains but a plumbing problem and told me exactly what to tell my plumber to do. So helpful and kind. He really knows his stuff and due to the free advice, which saved us both a wasted call out, I have no hesitation to recommend him when it comes to drains because I am certain it will be knowledgeable, professional and honest work. The most honest and professional trade I've ever seen !!

Will is the most honest and professional contractor I've seen in years! My tenant got a blocked drain, so I went to checkatrade and found Will. Will proposed a solution and quoted a very fair rate over the phone. And when Will came to do the job, neither me or the tenant was around, he managed to find the rootcause, locate the hidden manhole and finish the job all by himself! Not only the job was done nicely, but also he did not charge me a penny more. I mean, he had a chance to charge 1 hour more and nobody would ever find out, but he didn't. What an honest man! Highly Recommended !

Locating and clearing blockage:

Faultless service. Came out within an hour of me contacting him and worked methodically and carefully to identify and locate the problem (laurel roots in two different drains) and ensure that all pipes were clear. He took time to understand the location of all pipes and drains so that the problem was fully resolved. Incredibly helpful and careful - some of our drain covers were very rusty but Will was patient and by working very carefully was able to lift them and replace them at the end without any damage. I highly recommend him.
