Chalet Five25 is a new, bike specific MTB Beds offering, in the centre of Morzine and just a 100m pedal from the Super Morzine lift. With a stunning south facing deck and large garden with a barbecue, it's not only the perfect base for your mountain bike holiday in Morzine, it's perfectly suitable for families with it's open plan living and adaptable bedroom layout.
With a large, secure garage with an alarm and a custom built bike wash, this chalet has everything. Including a workshop area and individual kit drying room in the garage itself, keeping the dirt out of the kitchen.
Chalet Five25 is situated at the front of a newly renovated barn with the rear of the large property taken by two apartments which are also in the MTB Beds portfolio. It has a huge garage with kit drying rooms and workshop setup. Split over 3 levels and 5 bedrooms, the property has a large downstairs double lounge area with a Sonos sound system, Freesat UK TV and of course Wifi throughout.
Directly accessed from the lounge is the well equipped kitchen diner. Modern and very spacious with an island work top, dishwasher, washing machine and all the modern conveniences you would need. The dining table is a one piece of solid oak with trendy bench seating, enough for 12 or 14 if using chairs at the head of the table.
On the middle floor there is the first bedroom with a large ensuite with a shower over bath, every room in Chalet Five25 has zip lock beds so plenty of flexibility depending on the group. This room also has doors onto the cosy south facing balcony and large built in storage. The other two twin rooms on this floor share a central ensuite, one room slightly larger than the other with plenty of space for kit.
The top floor of Chalet Five25 has two ensuite rooms. The first has a bunk bed and twin zip lock beds sleeping four. It has storage for luggage and clothe and south facing windows for plenty of sun. The second is a twin room with it's own small balcony with views over the Pleney.
The big garden at the front of the property is the perfect place to relax after a day on the hill. Getting sun all afternoon it's extremely rare to find a chalet with this much outside space in the centre of town. Just fire up the BBQ, crack a few beers and you're set.
There is parking for 2 cars or small vans on site which would need to be booked before arrival. Large vehicles can be accommodated at our nearby flagship catered chalet La Chapelle.
