Another rat problem sorted customer reported seeing a rat running from the living room to the kitchen he didn't know where it had gone I found a gap between the kickboard and dishwasher where it had escaped.

After receiving a call from a customer saying they could hear scratching in the walls we found that rats had chewed the flexible pan connector for one of the toilets allowing them access into the property, a rat gate was fitted into the sewer outlet to exclude rats and a new pan connector fitted
