A lot of cleaning stops at what’s visible, but at The White Cleaning Company, we take a bit more time with the areas that tend to get missed.

That means pulling sofas and beds out properly, not just cleaning around them. Getting underneath, along the edges, and behind where dust settles over time. Bed frames and headboards are hoovered through, not skipped and bedside tables are moved so nothing is left sitting behind them.

Extractor fans are cleaned as part of the routine, not left to build up and cobwebs in high corners, behind doors, and along ceilings are picked up before they become noticeable.

They may seem like small things, but together, they’re what keep a home feeling consistently well looked after. 🥰

We are seeking an exceptional, experienced Housekeeper to support the smooth running of a high-net-worth private residence in Winkfield over a two-month period with an immediate start. (Hours would be Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 2:00pm.)

This is not a standard cleaning role. It requires someone who takes genuine pride in their work, notices the details others miss, and can operate with initiative, discretion, and consistency in a luxury home environment.

The Role…

You will be responsible for maintaining impeccable standards throughout the property, ensuring the home is always presented to the highest level.

Key duties include:

As a freelance housekeeper, you’ll support our clients with high-end cleaning, changeovers, and property presentation. This is not just about cleaning - it’s about delivering a flawless experience with consistency, discretion, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Deliver exceptional housekeeping and deep cleaning services to luxury standards

✨ Carry out changeovers and maintain guest-ready presentation for Airbnb-style properties

✨ Manage laundry, linens, and finishing touches (folds, fluffing, restocking etc.)

✨ Communicate clearly with our office team and follow property-specific instructions

✨ Identify and report maintenance issues or inventory shortages

You’ll Need:

✨ Proven experience in private homes, luxury hotels, or high-end housekeeping

✨ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

✨ Total reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness

✨ Your own car (essential due to locations)
