Dear Clients,

You may all heard the worrying news about the new virus called coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading all around the globe.
We not only as a local business but as residents of our community, understand the impact that the new situation can have on every aspect of our everyday life.
It is important to reassure and keep every stakeholder safe therefore I am implementing some new rules during the services we offer.
We are monitoring the situation very closely and follow guidelines laid out by the UK Government and WHO.
Please get in touch with me if:

- you or any of your family members were abroad within 14 days of your scheduled appointment
- you or any of your family members are feeling unwell
- you or any of your family members have cough
- you or any of your family members have high temperature

Please cancel your appointment and we can reschedule you for a later date when you are feeling well.

As a precautionary principle from 16th March, me and my colleagues are going to wear face masks and disposable hand gloves while we are staying at your home(s).

Our company will still maintain high hygiene standards and our services can help you to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses at your home(s) and we are still happy to do it under the new rules come into force from Monday.

Our company is a family business and my colleagues and clients are also part of that family. We do understand that this can be a worrying time so would like to thank for your continued support.
The information remains valid until they are changed or revoked.
