First I would like to thank all my wonderful clients for choosing us to clean your lovely homes 🏡 Honestly it’s been a pleasure and now that we have several team members to keep up with the demand of keeping your homes Spick&span 🧼 it’s come to my attention that we’re getting several drop outs at last minute and this is not good for the ladies that have set hours for a weekly wage as it’s effecting there earnings, so I’m now having to put in a cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled within 24hrs or a 25% charge if cancelled 48hrs prior to your clean. Plenty of Notice for not being able to have a clean on your set day would be much appreciated as there is always someone waiting for us to fit them in on the books so this would help a lot. Any COVID related cancellations is an exception if you can prove a positive test! Many thanks Sam
