Ahh another day of running my own business 😆

Been up since 6am doing admin, sending dates out to 30+ people, trying to organise the next 3 weeks, sorting my tax return, social media, content creation, organising the van… while also trying to do the weeks washing and be a functioning human 🙃

And I’ve not earned a penny from any of it. In fact, I’ve actually lost money! After a cancellation this morning, and let’s be honest, I’ll probably never see that cancellation fee.

What people don’t realise is cancellations don’t just affect my bank account. The bills still come out whether I make £150 that day or £0. It also messes up my diary, means rearranging other clients, creating posts and offers to try fill the slot, and spending more unpaid time behind the scenes.

Self employment definitely isn’t just
“cleaning cars” 😂 🤡
