It's Wednesday and we've already had such a busy week!

A rescheduled job for Monday was replaced instantly with a property waiting to be cleaned, that was a 2 day job with the size of the property... needing gutters fascias soffits windows and conservatory cleaning.

Tuesday and Wednesday was another of the same but in Leyland, with a lower tier roof moss scraped off and a self cleaning solution applied to the roof to remove the grime and bacterial growth along with an Indian Stone Patio restoration added on which is due to be re-pointed by us in the coming months.

Finishing that one by wednesday dinnertime and heading back to Chorley to complete the job from Monday and moving onto Hawkley Hall in Wigan tomorrow for another 2 day job for the rest of the week (maybe a day and half work if we work like we have this week)

So, we've done 4 days of work in 3 days and still another 2 days to go, still taking bookings for June and have quotes to visit over the weekend.

This crazy paved patio was in need of some attention and the customer trusted in us to bring it back to life.

Fully ground out, deep cleaned, very carefully chemically treated to ensure no run off into the lake and finally re-pointed to give the owners their space back where they can share their time watching the wildlife.

We have 2 more patios to complete on this property, so keep a look out for the next lot of before and afters.

Something a little different today, fitted bird prevention mesh under the eaves to stop house martins building mud nests on this customers property.

Cleared all the gutters while we were there.

Squeezed a little Sunday spruce up for a customer in Lostock Hall yesterday on a last minute booking.

So, back on the job at 8am this morning and we we're on schedule with grinding the patio joints to remove old resin pointing, cleaning and chemical treating the indian stone and repointing. But, with a slight issue regarding a brand new replacement grinder and 2 trips to screwfix...our new team member (Best o' Bury) started on the removing the old ridge tiles in order for us to fit a dry ridge system on the top tier roof.
Majority of the grinding was completed by the end of the day and work will commence on Monday to finish grinding, cleaning, treating and pointing using the best pointing material on the market.
