Magees Dry Cleaners are looking for a new team member to join our multi award-winning, family-run business in Widnes & Hunts-cross

📍 Widnes
💷 £12.71 per hour

Full time;
🕘 Monday–THURSDAY 9:00am–5:00pm
🕘 Friday 9:00am–4:00pm

This is a permanent full-time position within our growing business.

The role includes all aspects of the shop, including:

✅ Serving customers
✅ Answering the telephone
✅ Booking in customer orders
✅ Washing, drying, ironing and finishing garments and household and commercial items
✅ Packing completed orders
✅ General cleaning and housekeeping duties
✅ Maintaining our high standards of quality and customer service

Please note that washing and ironing form a major part of this role. Applicants must already be confident in carrying out both tasks to a high standard and be comfortable doing them for extended periods when required. You should also be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Full training will be provided on all other aspects of the role.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Friendly and professional
✔ Hardworking with excellent attention to detail
✔ Physically fit and happy to be on their feet throughout the day
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Proud to produce high-quality work

📅 Start date: 1st August 2026.

A paid trial period will be offered before a permanent position is confirmed.

This stunning dress travelled all the way to a wedding in Mallorca, creating special memories along the way. Unfortunately, after the celebrations, it returned home with staining and marks that looked impossible to remove.
