This photo pretty much sums up how amazing our weekend was 😄

We celebrated hitting our 40's with friends and family and had a blast!

I have been a bit distant on social media and for good reason, creating memories for our future... But its time to put celebrations on hold until next year 😜

When I work with our elderly customers, they tell me life flashes by and to be sure to embrace every moment, have fun and enjoy the little things.

Part of the reason I support the elderly generation the way I do, as well as their families, is because I believe life is for living no matter what your age... Alot of, if not all of our client base would agree 😜

Getting on the right care path and knowing where to go and what to do for advice is an important piece of the puzzle.

Gosh, it has been busy this week, we have many new enquiries and interviewed potential new staff members too. It is a pleasure to be able to help so many and we continue to be ever so passionate about making a difference.

We made the choice some time ago on behalf of our team not to work at weekends because our services are more of a 'want' rather than a 'need'. This also allows family members to catch up with their loved ones after we have visited during the week to catch up on household chores, it also allows our team to recharge their batteries and be in the position to offer the best support possible when Monday comes back round.

We hope that you have an amazing weekend planned, live for the moments and don't forget to connect with loved ones.

Happy Cheese Lovers Day!

Random day to highlight, we know, but we love it and we love cheese too.

As we grow older our palette changes or we are no longer able to eat the foods that we did when we were younger due to intolerance's or new allergies.

It can be difficult covering nutrition with an elderly loved one as you also have to consider, in some cases a change in personality where a bit of stubbornness creeps in.

We always promote personal choice here at Any Little Thing Ltd, but we also encourage being sensible about it too.

A great way to encourage healthy balance this time of year is with a hearty soup, easy to digest and very warming with some lovely bread...

Always contact us for advice on 01268 928878 but if you are extremely worried then it is always best to contact your local GP to be pointed in the right direction or perhaps a private nutritionist?

On behalf of the team, Lisa and Lucy wish all of you a very Happy New Year...

It has been a busy start with our first full week starting back this week... It has been so lovely to see all of our customers again and to get back on the road.
