Sorry we've been a bit quiet on here lately! 💜

It's been absolutely flat out with work, and on top of that there's all the admin that comes with running a business. I'm trying my best to keep up with you lovely lot, but my to-do list just seems to get longer every day! 🤣

I've also been back and forward for blood tests, so it's been a bit of a juggling act lately

☀️ Temporary Closure Due to the Heatwave ☀️

With another heatwave hitting this week, we've made the decision to temporarily close

As professional detailers, we simply can't achieve the high standards we're known for in these temperatures

Every chemical and product we use states not to apply in direct sunlight, as they can dry too quickly, leave marks, and damage your vehicle's paintwork ! !

🚫 Products dry far too quickly, leaving streaks, smears and residue.
🚫 Water evaporates almost instantly, causing stubborn water spots and mineral deposits.
🚫 Soaps, waxes and sealants can bake onto hot paintwork before they're safely removed.
🚫 Hot panels increase the risk of scratching and damaging your vehicle's finish during the wash process.
🚫 Extreme heat and UV rays can also accelerate paint fading and oxidation.

Please enjoy this amazing weather—we don't get it very often! 🌞 But if you're thinking of washing your car, we'd strongly recommend waiting until it's much cooler !!

People often ask why we won't valet vehicles in extreme heat.
This is exactly why...

At nearly 50°C, the vehicle's surface is far hotter than the air temperature. Working on paintwork this hot is dangerous for both the vehicle and the detailer.
⚠️ Chemicals and shampoos dry almost instantly, leaving stains and water spots.

⚠️ Waxes, sealants and ceramic products can't bond properly.

⚠️ Hot paintwork increases the risk of marring and damage during the wash process.

⚠️ More importantly, working for hours in direct sun around these temperatures puts detailers at risk of heat exhaustion, heat stroke and dehydration.

Your vehicle deserves the best finish possible, and our team deserves to work safely
