This weekend, we're delighted to be supporting our local carnival — a lovely community event in Ross-on-Wye.

For those who know us well, you'll know that supporting our local communities is something we care deeply about — and wherever we can, we love to help. Whether that's employing local people, backing grassroots cricket and football, keeping the rugby team in clean kit, or simply doing our bit to look after this beautiful part of the country — it's who we are.

Last week we were delighted to welcome Carine and Gary from Tolon Europe as we took delivery of our brand new towel folder — the latest in a series of investments in state-of-the-art kit for our eco-friendly commercial laundry.

Great feedback from the Tolon team, and the new machine is already hard at work — with lots of fresh, fluffy towels heading out to our customers in the Midlands and South West this week!

We have some rather exciting news.

JEH founder John Johnston has been inducted as a member of the Worshipful Company of Launderers — one of the oldest and most respected institutions in our trade, with roots going back centuries.

It's a recognition not just of John's expertise, but of the commitment to craft and quality that runs through everything we do at JEH. Thirteen years in the making— investing in the best equipment, moving to a new premises in the Wye Valley, and making it our own.

As part of the Worshipful Company, we're better placed to share knowledge, push innovation forward, and keep improving — for our customers, their guests, our teams, and the planet.

And later this year, John will also receive the Freedom of the City of London — one of the oldest civic honours in the country, and a formal recognition of his standing within the Livery.
