We were called out to this vivaro the other day. Symptoms were turbo failing to boost. Diagnosis was carbon build up in the turbo. And blocked egr and pipework. Cleaning the egr was fairly simple. Cleaning the pipework and turbo was a different story. Until we developed an adapter that we put into the egr housing and pumped our unique cleaning fluid/foam down the egr pipe towards the turbo and freeing the turbo vanes in the process. We also send it through the inlet manifold to clean that also.

This Audi A4 came to us after the customers garage had diagnosed an over boost on the turbo (sticking vanes). The garage recommended us to him. After doing our own diagnostics and the clean. We noticed our foam leaking from the turbo actuator. It turns out that the vacuum pipe was the cause in the first place.
