Today has really opened my eyes to how much some kind words and a chat can do for someone.

Both my clients today are both going through some health issues themselves and with loved ones.

As soon as I turned up to both houses I was offered a cup of tea to which we then sat and had a catch up and they were able to offload to me.

Sometimes it isn't always about the cleaning, it's being there when someone is going through something and being a listening ear for them.

It has also made me realise how much we need to just enjoy our lives and our health whilst we have it 💕

This morning I got to meet my elderly clients daughter for the first time.
She was down from London for the day to see her mum ❤️
It was so lovely to finally meet her after two years of cleaning for her mum, and she was beyond grateful for everything.
Sometimes it's moments like that make you realise that what you do is valued and appreciated and makes it all worth while.
