As some of you may already be aware, we unfortunately experienced a fire at our premises during the early hours of Sunday morning.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the kind messages, concern, and well wishes we have received. Your support means a great deal to us as we work hard to clean up and reopen our store in the safest and most efficient way possible.
We are grateful that the fire was detected early, which helped to minimise the damage. However, we are currently without electricity. We anticipate this being restored by the end of the day on Monday, 1st December.
Our immediate priority is to carefully assess and clean all current customer orders to ensure they meet our usual high standards before collection. We kindly ask for your patience during this time while we complete this process, as we are committed to delivering only the highest level of service and care.
While this has understandably been a distressing situation, our focus remains firmly on a swift and safe recovery. We are unable to respond to individual queries in the comments on this post, but please feel free to contact the store directly to speak with a member of the team. We just ask for a couple of days until we have a clearer understanding of our timelines.
