CMB Window Cleaning
Role: Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaning Operative (Full-Time 8:00-16:00)
Pay: £14 per hour
Location: Flitwick & surrounding areas (local travel)
Start: 8:00am at our property in Eversholt, MK17 9ED
About the Role
We’re a local, family-run exterior cleaning business serving Flitwick and nearby villages. We have an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent work and putting customers first — it is important that the correct candidate understands this and is good with people. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join us as the company continues to expand.
This is a full-time, hands-on outdoor role. If you enjoy being active, working outside, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit.
We work in all weathers, so the right candidate must be willing to work in wet conditions and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Main duty: Exterior window cleaning
• Additional tasks: Gutter clearance, fascia/soffit cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, and other exterior services
• Working on residential and some commercial properties
• Polite, professional interaction with customers
• Keeping equipment, vans, and work areas clean and tidy
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a small team
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• Full UK driving licence
• Over 25 years old (insurance requirement)
• Reliable and punctual — able to start at 8:00am from our base in Eversholt
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude, polite, and customer-focused
Helpful (but not essential):
• Physically fit and enjoys active/manual work
• Previous experience in window cleaning or exterior cleaning (full training provided for the right candidate)
