I have just returned home after a beautiful break away with family in Majorca. As a result I’m running a little behind on a couple of my rounds. I should have messaged my customers that are affected (by more than a week), but if I haven’t, I apologise and take this as notice 😆 allbeingwell, I should be caught up by the end of next week.

Unfortunately, I won’t be out today due to the high winds. Contrary to common belief, rain is fine to work in (for those that didn’t know), but strong winds jeopardise both the finish of the window clean (most importantly ofcourse!) and risk jeapording both safety and equipment. 🧘‍♂️ OUT OF OFFICE 🧘‍♂️

After twelve consecutive days working on the windows, I will be taking a few days break away with family, with a view of resuming my regular rounds shortly. I will still be contactable for any queries / quotes.

As a side note I’m very pleased to see the back of an incredibly wet January. A very special thankyou to everyone who has supported my business (and ultimately my family) through the month by not skipping their clean - Unfortunately Halifax were still expecting my mortgage payment irrespective of the weather! Here’s to a brighter February (although so far it seems like more of the same…)

The end of the year gives me the opportunity to reflect on what has been a great year for the business.

I want to wish you all a Happy New Year, and an even Happier New Year to those who are seeing the year out on my client list 😉

To you, I am just the window cleaner, but to me you are my livelihood and put food on the table for myself and my family. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

I wish you all happiness, health and wealth for the upcoming year, and let’s see what 2026 brings us.

OPEN & SHUT🕵️

Who doesn’t love an open and shut case? Client got in contact last week following the deluges, saying water was cascading over the gutter down the side of the house. After recently moving into the house it would appear this has been ongoing for a while given the hard water staining down the back-right elevation.

My Gutter vac cleared the residual water, showing the culprit for the blockage, which I managed to prize clear after removing the downpipe with my drainpoles.

Client very happy and added to my 8-weekly window cleaning round ✅
