Attended this property in following noises in the flooring, rat dropping were found under the kitchen cupboards along with a hole around a waste pipe.
Suspected drain fault so the amazing flo Worx was called out.

Upon investigation they found a hidden manhole that was built over and bodged with a large hole allowing rats to access the floor voids from below. Proofing completed and treatment’s put in place.

Decking against a property can hide so much, we attended this after another company failed to stop a infestation. After 20 minutes of being there we had the decking up and found the entry point, proofing completed and treatment in place.
