CORINAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Hey 👋

Its with great sadness I find myself writing this post, following government advice as of 9am on Monday 23rd March I have made the decision to suspend all driving lessons due to the close proximity of the training environment.

This is a temporary precautionary measure to help minimise the spread of Covid-19.

I will be in back out on the road teaching again as soon as the government advise it is safe to continue.

Thank you all for your understanding at this uncertain time.

Here is the confirmation we have all been waiting for, theory tests suspended for one month, practical tests for three months unless you are a key worker.

As upsetting as this is for everyone who has tests booked, staying safe and protecting ourselves, friends, family & colleagues is much more important ###

Theory tests are suspended for one month, and driving tests are suspended for up to 3 months due to coronavirus - but tests are available for critical workers.

At present I am continuing with lessons as normal. Until I hear otherwise from the government I will continue to provide training but would like all pupils to play their part in keeping the spread of the virus minimal by:🧴 washing their hands before entering the car!

Please ......

🥵 Do not attend lessons with a cough or fever!

😷 Do not attend if you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed!

✈️ Do not attend if you have travelled outside of the uk within the last 14 days!

If either of these above 3 risks are applicable to yourself please contact me ASAP by phone all or text message to rearrange lessons.

I will continue to minimise the risk of spreading the virus to the best of my ability by cleaning my car interior between each lesson with anti-bac/ disinfectant wipes as I always normally do, I do also have hand sanitizer for my own use between lessons, which you are all welcome to use on arrival too 🙂.

At this surreal time it’s important we all listen and respect the guidance given to us to help protect ourselves, family, friends, colleagues etc....
