What's actually lurking on your desk right now? Genuinely, don't look too closely. 🦠

Cold and flu season means office germs spread faster than any gossip ever could, and desks, keyboards and shared kitchens are usually the worst offenders. A proper cleaning routine through winter isn't just about appearances, it's about keeping your team well enough to actually turn up.

Message us to get ahead of it before the whole office is off sick.

What's the one thing every sports event organiser forgets to book until it's too late? Medical cover. 🏉

Rugby season, cross country, winter fixtures, they all carry a higher injury risk than people expect, especially once the pitches get muddy and the weather turns. Sorting cover early means one less thing to scramble for the week before.

Message us to get your winter sports fixtures covered properly.

Closing up for the end of season? Your building doesn't get a holiday from risk. 🔑

Empty premises over the quieter holiday period are exactly the kind of target opportunist break ins look for. Key holding and overnight patrols mean someone's still keeping watch even when your team's off enjoying the turkey.

Don't leave it to chance over the shutdown.

Message us to get your premises covered while you're away.

We hear this a lot: cleaning is just wiping surfaces and emptying bins. It's really not.

Proper commercial cleaning is about knowing which surfaces harbour the most germs, how often high traffic areas actually need attention, and spotting the stuff that gets missed in a quick once over. That's the difference between a space that looks clean and one that actually is.

Message us if your current cleaning setup feels more like the first one.

Coffee, a cold shower, and let them sleep it off? ❌ All three are myths, and the last one can be dangerous.

If a friend has drunk too much, watch for confusion, vomiting, slow or irregular breathing, pale or blue-tinged skin, or being impossible to wake. Any of those means calling 999. Never leave them alone, and if they're unconscious but breathing, put them in the recovery position so they won't choke.

Our medics cover events across Bristol and North Somerset, and this is the one bit of knowledge we wish every student had. Share it with someone starting uni, and message us if you'd like to learn more.

The car's unpacked, the goodbyes are done, and now the worrying begins. 🏠

One of the best things you can do this term is have a quick, easy chat about staying safe - not a lecture, just a plan. How are they getting home? Who's got their location? Do they know venue staff will help if something feels wrong?

From our team working doors and events across Bristol and North Somerset, the students who have a plan are the ones who get home safely. Tag a parent who needs to hear this, and message us if you've got any questions.

Private events need the same spotless standard as anything public, if not more. 🏡

Weddings, private parties, family celebrations, marquees in the garden, they all need cleaning before and after, and it's usually the last thing anyone wants to think about when they're planning the fun bits.

We handle the before and after so you can just enjoy the day.

Message us to get your private event cleaning sorted.
