BEWARE - FACEBOOK SCAMMER

Tried selling a mobile device on Facebook marketplace and was met with this chap at my front door. Seemed very nice & chatty, I had no suspicions. Showed me he had sent me the money on his banking app then quickly got back into the car waiting for him, before I had chance to check my account. Then I very quickly come to the realisation I had been scammed! His Facebook profile used the name ‘Steven Mitchell’ and he has now blocked me. It has been reported to police. Luckily I had the serial number still on a receipt so I could get the phone swiftly blocked. You always hear of these things happening and never think it will be you. With Christmas quickly approaching, please be extra cautious. It’s certainly taught me a lesson.

To the women who thought it was ok to something scream obscenities at the lady on the mobility scooter on Drove Rd at 12:30 on 1st of May. Check your info 8mph scooters are allowed on the road, also I bet u are one of the people who moan about them on the path too.
