When I first starting cleaning over 11 years ago I had a huge amount of comments, ‘it’s just cleaning’ ‘it’s a lazy job’. I can hand on heart say it’s the most physically demanding job I’ve ever had.
I not only takes a toll on your hands, back knees and more but it isn’t a job where we take breaks or sit down for a while, we are often more then not none stop cleaning for four hours at a time, it’s extremely exhausting. So please take a minute to appreciate it’s not just a job it’s one of the most demanding jobs 🧼👍
