Neighbour neglecting to fix ingress point, allowing rats to come and go for 2 years. Affecting joining house now. Amazes me how some people think having a house full of rats is part of life. Here in the uk we consider rats dangerous. These immigrants have them at the table for dinner. Disgusting. More so for allowing your neighbours to also suffer for 2 years in a home that’s paid for and been in the family for 100 years. Devastating for them to have to live like this. Rats are now gone, but how long for, only time will tell.

Rats coming along sewer pipe. Chewing through toilet waste pipe and entering the property. Home owner changed the pipe and they did it again. This will stop them gaining access to the outlet from the sewer.
