Unfortunately, due to a member of staff leaving at short notice, I have had to cancel some scheduled cleans.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. I have done my very best to avoid cancellations, but without sufficient staff available, there is only so much I can do.

At this stage, there is also a possibility that some cleans may need to be cancelled permanently if I am unable to replace staff and maintain the level of service my customers deserve. I understand this is disappointing news, and it is not a decision I take lightly.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support during this difficult period. I am working hard to find a solution and will keep affected customers updated as soon as possible.

One of my favourite weekend jobs is giving bedding&sofa that fresh, clean feeling. Even better when it's dry and back on the bed within half an hour thanks to the lovely weather! ☀️🛏️

Nothing beats that fresh scent, crisp sheets, and cosy feeling at the end of a busy week. 💕

Whilst we are still out working in this extreme heat, please be considerate that we are cleaning and working in very warm conditions 🥵

Little things really do help us: 🧊 Offering a cold drink or ice lolly 🪟 Keeping curtains/blinds closed ❄️ Keeping rooms as cool as possible 💧 Allowing access to fresh water

We will continue doing our best to keep your homes sparkling ✨ but this weather can be extremely tiring when cleaning all day.
